Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are taking measures to ensure the safety of our distribution center associates, and as a result, shipping may be delayed. As always, your patience is appreciated.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SafeTree PPE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
SafeTree PPE is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order or for packages damaged in transit. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, including delivery, tracking, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
